If M$ did this it would be bad. According to Sony without HDMI it's not next gen. The $500 PS3 is not next gen then. Now the $600 version will cost you an extra $30 at least to be next gen. If a game looks good it does not matter. The point I'm making is that this game looks good. It would look better in your eyes if it was a PS3 exclusive. I have 2 hdtv's and they are for gaming. Now I Have HDTV service coming in a few weeks. I will get HD-DVD or Blu-ray I'm just waiting to see who flops. I want a PS3 but I will wait to see how BR turns out.

I would take this guys word over yours anyday. There are no games on PS3 or 360 that come close to crysis. Physics, graphics, whatever. Show me something in realtime being played. Looks good. Can't wait to see this in motion on my 52" HDTV.
There is no way a console can compete with a power PC. Just think consoles loose the RAM fight right off the bat. No way 360, and PS3 can hang with a $3000 PC.

Because it was made for the PS2. Power limitations hurt GTA. GTA never had online. They had several chances to include it. SR had to include it to set it self apart. With Saints Row we might be saying GTA needs to step it up.

Lets put graphics aside. This game will not have online gameplay. This should be more of a concern than the visuals. It's sad that the PS3 debut fighter will not have online play. So much for free online play. Hell I will pay $4 a month just to play one of my favorite PS3 games onine. Oh well, Maybe VF5 will have online play. Remember, Sony left it up to the dev.
